At Koyoté, we pride ourselves on serving authentic Japanese cuisine made with the freshest ingredients. Our restaurant was founded in 2023 by Chef Tagai and Chef Oliveira, who brings over 30 years of culinary experience to every dish they create. Chef Tagai also worked in award winning ramen shops in central Tokyo and graduated from Shoku

Located between the Capitol, Marmalade, Guadalupe and Rose park district, Koyoté easily accessible and offers ample parking for those who prefer to drive. Our unique and intimate dining room is perfect for a night out with friends or a romantic dinner for two.
